Day 2: Thursday the 5^th of December

Kl. 09.00 – 09.30: Car/bus ride from the Hotel to Elsass Foundation  

Kl. 09.30 – 09.35: Program of the day // Stine Stenholt, CP Danmark 

Kl. 09.35 – 10.45: Participation opportunities for grownups and elderly people with cerebral palsy: social activities, education, and work life/each country presents projects, activities, and experiences - 10 min. each  

Kl. 10.45 - 11.30: Presentation of findings, research, and actions on survey on Loneliness and wellbeing // Finland.

Kl. 11.30 – 12.30: How can we apply the survey from Finland to each country and what can we do with the results? Debate and next step

Kl. 12.30 – 13.30: Lunch

Kl. 13.30 – 14.30: Pain and pain management relief/CP Pain study//CP Iceland

Kl. 09.45 – 11.00: Each country: Presentation of CPOP or other similar follow up programs for adult and elderly with CP – what are the possibilities? And how fare along are we?
